Jacob Pekofske is a Physical Education and Health Teacher and Head Coach, with experience in various roles such as combat medic, drivers education instructor, project manager, personal training director, substitute teacher, and aquatics manager. Jacob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Southern Illinois University.
