Scott Meier

Scott Meier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Scott has worked as a Senior Production Artist at Moosylvania since 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at HLK from 2020 to 2021. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at We Are Alexander as a Creative Support Artist, where their responsibilities included creative retouching, motion graphics, video editing, and 3D illustration. Before that, they served as a Senior Production Artist/Art Director at GROUP360 Worldwide (now We Are Alexander) from 2011 to 2016, focusing on layout, production, retouching, and image compositing for various advertising mediums. Scott also worked as a freelance Graphic and Web Designer from 2003 to 2011, where they gained experience in web design, interface design, user experience design, wireframing, and prototyping. Prior to freelancing, they worked as a Production Artist at Zipatoni from 2000 to 2003, where they collaborated with project managers and art directors on print-ready files, specializing in retouching. Their career started as a Photographer in the United States Air Force from 1992 to 1996.

Scott Meier obtained an Associate's Degree in Multimedia Web Design from St. Charles Community College from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they completed a Professional Certificate Program in Graphic Design/Visual Communications at UC Santa Barbara. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Design Bootcamp and Animation Bootcamp from the School of Motion in September 2020 and December 2019, respectively. Scott also completed the Creating a Design System with Sketch certification from Lynda.com in November 2017 and the After Effects Quickstart certification from the School of Motion in July 2017.
