Maria Eugenia Tozzi

Maria Eugenia Tozzi has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Maria Eugenia began their career in 2001 as a Training & Development Analyst and Executive Assistant at Telecom Argentina. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Scienza Argentina as an HR Chief and Senior Training and Development Analyst. During this time, they led the Training Department kick-off and organized internal and external training programs. In 2019, they became a Talent Acquisition specialist as a consultant and Head of People & Culture LATAM at Kids Corp. Currently, they are the Head of People at MOOVA.

Maria Eugenia Tozzi obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires in 2006. In 2012, they completed a Postgraduate Course in Human Resources from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires’. In 2016, they completed a Postgraduate Course in Corporate Communication from UADE. In 2020, they completed a Coach Ontológico from PNL & Coaching School. Maria Eugenia is currently enrolled in a Programa in Innovación Ágil at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
