Guido Kaiser

Guido Kaiser's work experience begins in 2002 when they worked as a Grafik-Designer (Werksstudent) at the Institut für wirtschaftliche Ölheizung e.V. (IWO). In 2003, they worked as a Qualitätsmanager (Werksstudent) at comdirect bank AG. In 2004, they worked as a Softwareentwickler at AIDA Development GmbH. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Softwareentwickler (Werksstudent) at Siemens Programm- und Systementwicklung GmbH & Co. KG. In 2007, they joined SCHIFFL GmbH & Co. KG as an Anwendungsentwickler. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an IT Supporter (Werksstudent) at Betriebskrankenkasse Mobil Oil. From 2011 to 2017, they joined comosoft GmbH and held various roles such as Java Softwareentwickler, Teamleiter und Scrum Master, and Abteilungsleiter - Strategische Produktentwicklung. In 2018, they became the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at empfohlen.de until 2019. Guido'smost recent work experience is as the Head of IT at moovin Immobilien GmbH, starting in 2020.

Guido Kaiser started their education journey in 2002 at Fachhochschule Wedel, where they studied Medieninformatik. Guido completed this program in 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they enrolled at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Angewandte Informatik. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Guido attended FernUniversität in Hagen, earning a Master of Computer Science (FH) degree with a specialization in Informatik.
