Yamuna Nair , PMP

Yamuna Nair, PMP, has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Technical Executive at STG in 1999. Yamuna then worked as a Technical Executive at IITM in 1998. In 2000, they began working at UST Global as an Associate Consultant and Senior Program Manager, where they managed the finance practice, scheduling, budget management, and quality assurance of all program elements. In 2012, they moved to Biosense Webster (a Johnson & Johnson company) as a Consultant and Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure, where they championed stakeholder and vendor management, established and fortified relationships with vendors, and provided technical expertise on network issues. In 2013, they began working at Cetera Financial Group as a Project Lead, where they directed a project team of 15 onshore and offshore developers and business analysts for a critical back-office application. Finally, in 2014, they began working at Mopro as the Director of Program Management, where they led all stages of technical projects, from conceptualization to delivery, applying insight to identify requirements, monitor milestones, and ensure end product meets quality expectations on time and on budget. Yamuna also guided and mentored project teams of up to 150 employees, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance staff, demonstrating leadership on technical and business operations, leading to enhanced employee performance.

Yamuna Nair, PMP, has a diverse educational background. Yamuna earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bharathiar University in 1991-1993, followed by an MCA in Computer Applications from University of Madras in 1994-1997. In 2008, they obtained a Certification in Embedded Linux from UC Irvine. In 2009, they obtained a Certification in Finance for Non-Finance Managers from UC Irvine. In 2011, they obtained a Certification in Advanced Project Management from UC Irvine. In 2016, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2017, they obtained a Scrum Fundamental Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
