Lauren Burton, CSP has a diverse work experience. Lauren started their career at Knowledge Services in 2005 as an intern and then moved on to dotStaff in 2006 for another internship. In 2007, they worked at the Herman Wells Library as an Inter-Library Loan Staff. Lauren rejoined dotStaff in 2010 for a brief period as dotStaff Customer Support. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Knowledge Services as an Account Manager and then transitioned to the role of Implementation Manager from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Morales Group, Inc and held various positions including Branch Manager, Manager of Operational Excellence, External Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and currently, they serve as the Associate Director of External Human Resources.

Lauren Burton, CSP, received their Bachelor of Journalism degree with a focus in Public Relations from Indiana University Bloomington, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Prior to their college education, they completed high school at Lawrence North High School. Additionally, Lauren obtained the Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association in December 2016.
