Monique Charlebois has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Monique began their career as an Artist working independently from 2001 to 2020. In 2000, they joined Old Navy as a Team Lead and remained in that role until 2009. Monique then transitioned to Gap Inc., where they served as a Brand Manager from 2009 to 2011 and as a Customer Experience Manager from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Gap Inc./Old Navy as a Service and Training Manager. In 2014, they joined Morales Group, Inc, initially serving as an Outreach Recruitment Manager until 2015. Monique then held the position of Outreach + Training & Development Manager from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Human Resources. In 2021, they became the Director of H.R. - Culture & Engagement, advancing to the role of VP of HR and Culture later that year.
Monique Charlebois attended The Ohio State University from 1985 to 1988, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Ecology. Monique'sfield of study focused on Apparel and Textiles. In January 2023, Monique obtained a certification in SHRM Executive Network Membership from the SHRM Executive Network institution.
