Erin Fagan, OTR/L, has extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist, currently holding PRN positions at Our Lady of the Lake, Moreau Physical Therapy, Baton Rouge Rehab Hospital, and The NeuroMedical Center Rehabilitation Hospital since October 2019.
