Karen Miller

Karen Miller serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Board Secretary at Morehouse College since January 2021. Previously, Karen held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Risk Officer at Middlebury College from May 2016 to January 2021. Karen's extensive experience at Morehouse College includes roles as Special Advisor to the President, Senior Vice President and COO, and Chief of Staff from January 2013 to May 2016, as well as Senior Vice President of Administration and Vice President of Administration and General Counsel between January 2001 and June 2010. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies at Harvard Institute of Education Management as well as degrees from Harvard Law School, Emory University, and the University of Georgia, with a PhD (ABD) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration.
