Jose Moreira is an accomplished attorney with over 30 years of litigation and trial experience, currently serving as Of Counsel at Moreira Sayles Ramirez LLC since January 2023. With a specialized focus on the insurance industry, Jose Moreira’s practice areas include complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, probate and estate litigation, as well as municipal and public law. Prior to this role, Jose Moreira founded Moreira & Moreira P.C., where services were offered for nearly 35 years. Jose Moreira holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Montclair State University.
