Mitchell Ramirez

Mitchell Ramirez is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Advisory Council Member for the Dean of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Villanova University since November 2024. As a Founding Partner at Moreira Sayles Ramirez LLC since January 2023, Mitchell specializes in commercial real estate disputes, breach of contracts, and various business torts, with a practice extending nationwide. Previously, as a Litigation Attorney at Connell Foley LLP from January 2020 to December 2022, Mitchell focused on complex commercial disputes, including corporate dissolution and trade secret cases.
