Vivek Kapoor

Vivek Kapoor has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Vivek started their career as a Call Center Executive at Minerva Telelinks in 2002, where they were responsible for customer service and interacting with new customers. Vivek then moved on to become a Team Leader at PCL Exports Call Center, where they managed a team of Customer Service Representatives and assisted in developing employee training materials.

In 2004, Vivek joined Nisionz Software Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Vice President, where they were responsible for implementing support centers, managing call center operations, and working with Sales and Marketing to develop presentations and cost models. Vivek also developed call center metrics and reporting for strategic overviews of business operations.

In 2007, Vivek became the CEO of Geo Call Connect Service Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they developed strategic plans, managed large teams, and directed a 24x7 call center and customer service organization.

Vivek's work experience also includes a role as Sales and Marketing at SKY Network Television Limited, where they sold services to potential customers and analyzed customer types for suitable product promotions.

In more recent years, Vivek has held director-level positions. Vivek was the Director of VSG Business Solutions, where they provided staff augmentation, IT consulting, and software development services to clients. Vivek also co-founded Morena Services Pvt Ltd, offering consultation for student visas, and Morena Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of IT-enabled services.

Vivek Kapoor's most recent position is as Director of Spliced Knot Consulting Private Limited, where they specialize in web designing, online marketing, and social media marketing.

Vivek Kapoor obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Delhi University between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, they received a certification as an Education New Zealand Trained Agent from Education New Zealand in 2013.
