Director - Park Operations, Games, Training & Development at Morey's Piers & Resorts

Dino Fazio, ICAE has a range of work experience in the amusement and attractions industry. From 1995 to 2000, Dino worked at Morey's Piers, starting as a Seasonal Assistant Operations Manager and later progressing to the role of Operations Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of amusement piers and managed up to 200 seasonal staff. In 2004, Dino became the Director of Park Operations, Games, Training & Development at Morey's Piers, where they were responsible for the operation of three amusement piers and two water parks, overseeing various departments including training, ride operations, games, and park services. Additionally, Dino has worked at Walt Disney World as a College Program Intern in 1999. Since 2011, Dino has also served as the IROC School Director at International Ride Training, where they facilitate sessions and helps develop and certify trainers in the amusement and attractions industries. Overall, Dino has a wealth of experience in managing and operating amusement parks and training staff in the industry.

Dino Fazio, ICAE, has a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, which was obtained between 1997 and 2000. Dino also holds a Certificate in Strategic Thinking/Leadership from The Wharton School, which was obtained in 2009. Before attending college, Dino graduated with a Diploma from Marple Newtown Senior High School in 1991. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained several certifications, including the IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive (ICAE) from the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) in 2011. Dino also obtained the Certified Amusement Ride Safety Inspector Level II certification from NAARSO in 2006, the Certified Maintenance Technician Level II certification from AIMS in 2004, and the Certified Operations Technician Level II certification from AIMS in 2002.
