Shawn Romig

Shawn Romig is an experienced safety manager currently serving as the Division Safety Manager for Industrial at Morgan Corp. since July 2020, overseeing a team responsible for safety on heavy industrial projects across the southeast. Prior to this role, Shawn held the position of Equipment Division Safety Manager, managing HSE compliance for multiple shops and field operations, and developing training programs for maintenance staff. From July 2016 to July 2020, Shawn worked as a Health and Safety Supervisor at Beaver Excavating Company, where responsibilities included ensuring regulatory compliance in construction environments. Earlier experience includes a role as a Vector Control Specialist at the Stark County Health Department. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mercyhurst University, completed in 2016.
