Prior to that, they worked at TAG - Truck Accessories Group for three years as the Director of Engineering, leading a team of engineers and overseeing various aspects of product development, mold manufacturing, legal issues, and more. Before that, Ernie spent six years at Utilimaster Corporation, where they held multiple roles including Director of Technical Sales and Director of Customer Project Engineering. During their time at Utilimaster, they achieved significant accomplishments such as increasing revenue and sales, reducing transportation times and costs, and developing trusted advisor relationships with customers. Ernie also has experience as an Engineering Manager at Laboratory Equipment Corp. and as a Project Engineer at Shaum Manufacturing Inc. Ernie McDonald completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics from Bethel College - Company in 1984. Ernie then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame from 1984 to 1987.
