MacIej Kowalski

Maciej Kowalski has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Maciej currently holds the position of Research Principal | Technology & Digital at Morgan Philips Group, which they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition Germany & Poland at the same company from April 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Morgan Philips Group, Maciej worked as a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner EMEA at Citi from September 2020 to February 2022. Maciej also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner DACH at Johnson & Johnson from March 2018 to October 2018. In addition, Maciej was the Head of Research and Operations - DACH & US at Morgan Philips Executive Search from November 2014 to October 2017. Maciej began their career as an Executive Search Consultant at a Recruitment Agency from September 2008 to September 2012.

Maciej Kowalski obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Germanistyka from the University of Lodz, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Maciej then pursued further education and obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Stosunki międzynarodowe from the same university, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
