Rob Geddes

Rob Geddes has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Rob is currently the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Morgan Properties, a position they have held since December 2008.

Prior to joining Morgan Properties, Rob was the Controller at O'Neill Properties from January 2007 to December 2008. Rob also served as the Assistant Controller at Pitcairn Properties from January 2001 to December 2007, and as Senior Accountant at Kranzco Realty Trust from January 1997 to December 2000.

Rob began their career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young from January 1995 to December 1997. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Rob Geddes earned a BS in Accounting from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.

Rob Geddes reports to Patrick O’Grady, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. They are on a team with Kevin Stefan - Controller, Nick Blum - VP, Acquisitions & Asset Management, and Matthew Harker - SVP, Asset Management.
