T.j. Norman

T.J. Norman is the Area Vice President, Operations & Facility Management at Morgan Properties. T.j. has over fifteen years of experience in the multifamily housing industry. Prior to joining Morgan Properties, they were the Regional Property Manager at Aimco Apartment Homes and the Area Leader at Mid-America Apartment Communities.

During their time at Bernstein Management Corporation, T.J. served as the Director of Marketing. T.j.'s responsibilities included oversight of all marketing and advertising, sales training, and establishing pricing. T.J.'s impact was an increased focus on sales performance, which resulted in an 8% increase in sales. T.j. also helped establish a central sales center, which provides sales support to onsite teams. In addition, T.J. created pricing grids using revenue management techniques to stay current with market trends effecting sales. T.j. served on the implementation team to roll out new operating systems; Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, and Pop Card. T.j.'s tasks included setting up and configuring Rent Café and new property websites.

T.J.'s experience and expertise have made him an invaluable asset to Morgan Properties. T.j. is dedicated to their work and takes pride in providing quality service to their residents.

T.j. Norman has a Bachelor Science in Psychology from the College of Charleston and certification from the National Apartment Association in CAPS, CAM, and NALP.

T.j. Norman works with Stanley Szafranski - Area VP, Facility Operations, Sean Organ - Area VP, Operations & Facility Management, and Carol Jackson - Area VP, Operations & Facility Management. T.j. Norman reports to Drew Gravina, SVP, Facilities Operations.
