Wesley Newcomer

Wesley Newcomer, CFA, currently serves as Vice President - Credit Investments at Morgan Properties since December 2017, focusing on underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio management for multifamily credit investments, particularly in Freddie Mac b-piece securities. Additionally, Wesley is a member of the Investment Committee for NewPoint Impact, an affordable housing finance platform. Prior to this role, Wesley worked as a Financial Analyst at PNC from June 2016 to December 2017. Academically, Wesley earned a Master of Science in Investment Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
