Justin Kai Ossola

Justin Kai Ossola has a diverse work experience that spans industries such as human capital consulting, recruiting, technology consulting, sales, and the military. Justin is currently working as a Senior Engagement Director at Morgan Samuels Company, where they partner with clients worldwide to provide innovative strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. Prior to this, Justin founded Ossola Recruiting, a search agency that focuses on personalized and consultative approaches for high-growth SaaS companies. Justin also founded and served as the President of Tech Qualled, an organization dedicated to preparing veterans for careers in technology. Earlier in their career, Justin worked at Oracle in sales and was recognized as the Oracle ERP Sales Rookie of the Quarter. Justin also has experience as a Technology Consultant at IBM and served as a Naval Officer in the US Navy.

Justin Kai Ossola received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy in 2006. Justin later pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Political Science and Government from Harvard University. Additionally, they attended Georgetown University for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
