Hilary Hodson

Hilary Hodson has extensive work experience in human resources. Hilary started their career in 2002 at Carillion, where they held various roles including HR Administrator, HR Advisor, HR Assistant, HR North Regional Field Based Advisor, and finally HR Business Partner. Hilary worked at Carillion until 2018 and then joined Morgan Sindall Property Services as a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Head Of Human Resources at Morgan Sindall Property Services.

Hilary Hodson attended Peter Symonds College in Winchester, Hampshire from 1994 to 1996, where they studied A Level Business Studies, English Language, and Sports Studies. From 1996 to 1999, they furthered their education at Loughborough University, pursuing a degree in Recreation Management with a focus on Sport and Business. Lastly, from 2002 to 2011, Hilary Hodson attended The University of Huddersfield, where they obtained a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
