Emese Katona

Emese Katona is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Vice President of HR Learning Solutions at Morgan Stanley. In this role, Emese has also held positions as Technology Talent Development Lead and Technology Resource Management Lead. Previously, Emese worked at IBM, where responsibilities included HR Services Manager, HR Learning Manager, and Procurement Operations Manager. Emese holds a Master's degree in Adult Education Management from Milton Friedman University and a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Budapest Business University.
