Kathy Li

Kathy Li is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and regulatory matters. Currently serving as Vice President and Paralegal at Morgan Stanley since May 1998, Kathy Li manages arbitration, litigation, subpoena, and investigation processes while facilitating communication between attorneys and branch personnel. Previously, Kathy Li held the title of Vice President at Citi from 1998 to 2009 and worked as a Legal Secretary at Frankel Rudder & Lowery from June 1990 to May 1998, where responsibilities included liaising with judges and clients for multiple law firms. Kathy Li holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Bachelor’s degree in English and East Asian Studies from New York University.
