Matthew Dziedzic possesses extensive experience in recruitment and staffing within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Professional Recruiting and Head of Executive Search at Morgan Stanley, Matthew has held the position of Executive Director - Head of Experienced Recruiting. Prior roles include Recruiting Manager - Technology at Credit Suisse, Director of Staffing at Vonage, and Recruiting & Staffing Manager at Telcordia Technologies, along with early experience as a Recruiter at Random Walk Computing Inc. Matthew Dziedzic earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilkes University, where studies continue from 1997 to the present.
