Nina Paun

Nina Paun is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Managing Director and Global Head of HR for Operations at Morgan Stanley since December 2021. Previous experience includes a role as Senior HR Business Partner at Mastercard from July 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities encompassed North America Markets. Nina Paun's tenure at Morgan Stanley also includes a position as Executive Director of Human Resources from January 2007 to July 2016, during which time the focus was on the Institutional Equity Division, Morgan Stanley Bank, Institutional Securities, and Enterprise Infrastructure Technology Divisions. Nina Paun holds a degree in History from Trinity College-Hartford.
