Paul Valdez

Paul Valdez is an accomplished executive director at Morgan Stanley with over two decades of experience in program management across various high-impact roles. Paul has successfully led initiatives such as the integration of E*TRADE Workplace Wealth with Morgan Stanley and the development of the firm’s self-directed brokerage account, Morgan Stanley Access Direct. With a strong background in technology and banking, Paul has managed the rapid growth of global technology departments and created strategic technology roadmaps for the Private Banking Group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Paul held senior management positions at KPMG Consulting and ISS International, and served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, demonstrating a solid foundation in finance, strategic management, and technology. Paul holds an MBA from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
