Sydney Walker

Sydney Walker is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Morgan Stanley since November 2021, Sydney previously held roles at Natixis Investment Managers, where responsibilities included providing legal counsel and compliance oversight. Sydney's earlier experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at Sanders & Associates and internships at Northeastern University School of Law and Harvard Law School. Sydney holds a Doctor of Law degree from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College, supplemented by studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Sydney is also a recipient of the ACE Award and is FINRA Series 6 & 26 licensed.
