Sylvia Ponce

Sylvia Ponce is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley since September 2022, Sylvia previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at XPO Logistics, Inc. and held various leadership roles at Morgan Stanley from 1998 to 2021, where responsibilities included global oversight of compensation, workforce analytics, and talent acquisition. Sylvia's early career includes significant roles at Bank of the West and J.P. Morgan.
