Tom Loughner

Tom Loughner is a seasoned professional in talent development and instructional design, currently serving as Director of Talent Development at Morgan Stanley since April 2021, where responsibilities include creating enterprise learning content and collaborating with department leaders. Prior to this role, Loughner was Senior Manager of Enterprise Learning at E*TRADE, overseeing key learning initiatives. Experience also includes a position as Supervisor of eLearning and Instructional Design at Canon Business Process Services, managing blended learning curricula, along with earlier roles as an eLearning Instructional Designer at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and as an eLearning and Custom Content Developer at Loughner and Associates, Inc.
