Chris Mann

Chris Mann leads all operations as well as the planning and execution of MorganFranklin’s long-term growth strategy. During his decade-long tenure at MorganFranklin, Chris previously served as a managing director with a range of leadership roles including accounting & transaction services solution leader and the consulting practice’s people leader.

He has over 31 years of consulting experience with a specialization in technical accounting, SEC reporting, and merger and acquisition-related services.

Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Chris spent 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their assurance and advisory practices. He also served as chief financial officer at Convera, a publicly traded software company.

Chris earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland and is a certified public accountant.
