Neil Morgan

Neil Morgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR compensation consulting and software development. As the Managing Director of MorganHR, Inc. since January 2015, Neil leads an industry-leading company with over 30 years of compensation expertise. Neil is also the Founder and President of Cobalt Solutions, which provides cloud-based HR solutions. Previously held roles include VP of Services at Avnet Technology Solutions, where Neil focused on business analytics, and President of BrightStar Partners, specializing in Business Intelligence consulting. Neil’s tenure includes roles as a Trustee for the Village of Hawthorn Woods and positions at Cognos Corporation, Greenbrier & Russel, Inc., and Hewlett-Packard Company. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
