Alex Sandoval Lapostol, PG, QSP, serves as the Principal Environmental Specialist at Morgner Construction Management Corp. since November 2018, while also holding the position of Environmental Compliance Manager at E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. since January 2005. In the role at E2 Consulting Engineers, Alex supports Metro with environmental compliance tasks related to the Regional Connector project, and has previously worked as a Senior Hydrogeologist/Project Manager and Senior Technical Consultant in hydrogeology.
