Jeffery Ashcraft

Jeffery Ashcraft is an experienced QC Civil Inspector at Morgner Construction Management Corp. since June 2017 and has been an Independent Special Inspector as an owner/operator since April 2016. Jeffery's educational background includes attendance at Corona High School from 1983 to 1986 and further studies at Riverside Community College.
