Jack Freeman

Jack Freeman is a Computational Biologist at the Morgridge Institute for Research, where responsibilities include developing, implementing, and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines for single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing (ATAC-seq), alongside performing downstream analyses.
