Neil Saunders

Neil Saunders has extensive experience in operations management and leadership within the painting and coating services industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Morguard since December 2022, Neil previously held the position of President at Spark Painting Services from March 2018 to December 2022, where the focus was on specialized painting for high voltage electrical equipment and substations. Prior to that, Neil was Vice President of Permashell Coating Services from March 1995 to June 2017, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, job scheduling, quality control, and customer relations. Neil holds a degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology, completed in 1995.
