Todd Febbo

Todd Febbo has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Todd started their career as a Sales Assistant at Smith Realty in 1994 before moving on to work as a Sales Representative at Cushman & Wakefield LePage from 1995 to 1998. Todd then joined O&Y Enterprise as a Manager of Leasing from 1998 to 2002. After that, they worked as a Manager of Leasing at Dundee REIT from 2003 to 2005 and as the Director of Acquisitions at Bentall LP from 2005 to 2007. Todd then joined ING Real Estate Canada as the Director of Leasing & Property Management from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Todd Febbo joined KingSett Capital as the Director of Portfolio Management. Todd then transitioned to Morguard in 2012, where they held various roles including General Manager of Office & Industrial Leasing and Assistant Vice President of Office & Industrial Property Management & Leasing. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Asset & Property Management and Leasing, Office and Industrial, Eastern Canada at Morguard. Throughout their career, Todd Febbo has demonstrated expertise in leasing, property management, and portfolio management within the real estate industry.

From 1990 to 1994, Todd Febbo attended the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree. The field of study for their degree is not specified.
