Emma Geary

Emma is working as a Research Associate on the Mori Product team focusing on confectionery and snacking products.

Her previous work studying how various fining and filtering methods affect the clarity and flavor components of wine drove her interest in working within the food and beverage industry. Additionally, her passion for sustainability and limiting food waste makes her an enthusiastic team member.

She graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in 2021 with a BS in Chemical Engineering.
