Michal Daktera is an experienced Scrum Master and IT processes management expert with a career spanning over two decades in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Grupa Morizon-Gratka and as the founder of SwiadomyPodpis.pl, Michal has previously held significant roles at Agora SA and Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A., showcasing a strong background in Agile methodologies. Notably, Michal co-created an Agile Competence Centre and led initiatives for the design and release of IT strategies and regulations at Raiffeisen Polbank. Michal's career includes diverse management roles in change, release, and test environments, contributing to significant IT transformations and process improvements across multiple organizations. Education includes a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Kozminski University and an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.
