Timothy Patten

Timothy Patten has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Timothy started their career in 2012 at Raymond James Financial, Inc. where they served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst and later as a Remote Investment Banking Analyst. Timothy then progressed to become a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst and eventually a Real Estate Investment Banking Associate. In 2019, Timothy joined Morning Calm Management where they held various roles, including Director, Senior Director, and currently serves as the Managing Director of Capital Markets. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing the transaction process for the company's investments, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, market research, and capital formation.

Timothy Patten has a B.A. degree in Economics with minors in Corporate Strategy and Finance from Vanderbilt University. Prior to that, they attended Red Bank Regional High School.
