Anson Felder has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Technical Writer/Intern at Alion Science and Technology, where they contributed to the design of the Next Generation Air Traffic Control System. Anson then joined Deloitte Consulting in 2013 and held roles as a Business Technology Analyst, Consultant, and eventually became a Senior Technology Consultant. At Deloitte, Anson led various federal client engagements and was responsible for leading teams to create products, implementing DevOps processes, and developing strategies and roadmaps for enterprise portals.
In 2018, Anson joined Upside Business Travel as a Quality Engineer, eventually transitioning to a Full Stack Engineer role. During their time at Upside, they worked on flight-related projects, developed a price comparison tool, and managed release coordination across teams. Anson also adapted during the COVID shutdown and contracted for Goal Financial, where they developed a React loan submission application for small businesses.
In 2020, Anson joined Morning Consult as a Software Engineer II and was later promoted to Software Engineer III in October 2021.

Anson Felder completed a JavaScript Development course at General Assembly in 2017. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Virginia Tech and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Systems Engineering. Before entering college, they attended Marshall High School from 2006 to 2009, where they completed the International Baccalaureate program.
In addition to their formal education, Anson Felder has obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
