Louisa Link, MACP, has extensive work experience in the field of commercial account management and marketing research. Louisa is currently serving as the Managing Director, Commercial at Morning Consult since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at GfK as the Vice President, Commercial Account Director from November 2020 to April 2022, where their responsibilities included business development, account management, and providing insightful consulting services to global clients in various industries. Louisa is also the Founder of Consumer Link, a boutique marketing research agency they established in 1997. During their tenure at Consumer Link, they specialized in qualitative research and worked closely with clients to transform companies and innovate products through consumer feedback. Before starting their own agency, Louisa held roles at DMB&B, FCB Global, and Hill Holliday Advertising as a Senior Account Planner, Account Planner, and Planner, respectively. In these positions, they were involved in strategic planning, market research, and client management for notable brands such as General Motors, Whiskas cat food, Mattel, Sunkist, Farmer's Insurance, and Infiniti vehicles. Louisa's work experience spans over three decades and demonstrates their expertise in driving revenue generation, enhancing client satisfaction, and delivering valuable insights in the field of commercial account management and marketing research.
Louisa Link has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Brigham Young University. Louisa later pursued a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Case Planning Training from SNBC (Shelter Net BC) in November 2011, Adult Male Survivors from Men's Trauma Society in September 2011, Managing Hostile Interactions Training from SNBC (Shelter Net BC) in July 2011, The Psychology of Attachment Trauma Workshop from Dr. Kevin Miller & Becky Marshall in October 2010, and Groups In Action - Evolution & Challenges from Academic Cengage in March 2010.
