Kristin L. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human capital solutions and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Managing Principal at Morningside Group since December 2023, Kristin leads initiatives in finance, IT, and operational consulting. Kristin has been a Managing Partner at TLG since July 2010, specializing in executive search and sustainable human capital solutions. Previous roles include Partner at August Leadership and Buffkin/Baker, focusing on Fintech, Healthtech, and technology sectors, as well as Chief Talent Officer at Manifest LLC, overseeing talent operations across multiple locations. Kristin also founded and served as CEO of Sun Consultants and Fingers & Toes Nail Spa, establishing successful businesses recognized in prominent publications. Earlier in the career, Kristin was an English Teacher for the World Health Organization in China. Kristin holds a BA in English Literature & Linguistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
