Robert Carey

Robert Carey is an experienced leader in workforce management, currently serving as Manager of Global Workforce Management and Quality at Morningstar since December 2015, overseeing a diverse team of Operations Analysts across multiple continents. With a strong background in strategic forecasting, staffing models, and quality assurance, Robert has previously held managerial and consulting roles in various organizations including Essendant, AIM Specialty Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Robert's expertise also encompasses establishing workforce management teams and developing standard operating procedures, evidenced by significant contributions during tenures at Humana, McKesson, GC Services, and Chase Paymentech. Robert holds education from Arizona State University and Collins College.
