Kandie Hollenbeck, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Executive Director for the Morongo Band of Mission Indians, a position held since October 2020, overseeing the administration and evaluation of HR policies and programs. Previously, Kandie was the Director of Human Resources for both the Cahuilla Band of Indians & Cahuilla Casino and the Morongo Band of Mission Indians, focusing on workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager and Assistant Director of Casino Services at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, as well as extensive teaching experience at the University of California, Riverside and Eldorado Emerson Private School. Kandie holds a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from the University of California, Riverside, and dual Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature from California State University, Chico.
