Manya Jha

Manya Jha is an accomplished entrepreneur and founder with extensive experience in deep tech innovations and advanced construction technology. As the Founder and Chairperson of Morphedo, Manya leads a startup focused on developing and commercializing advanced solutions in Aerospace & Defence, Medical Devices Engineering, IoT, and Embedded Systems. Manya is also the Founder of Constum, which specializes in 3D printing technology for construction, recognized by Agnii, a government platform. Additionally, Manya founded Tronano, which aims to create AI and IoT-powered solutions for enhancing smart living. Before entrepreneurship, Manya served as a Lead Trainer at Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Ltd. Manya holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Birla Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
