With 20 years of expertise in customer service and team management, his experience includes SE management in enterprise delivered solutions, services upsell, support lead roles, and driving customer success plans from planning to execution. Prior to Morphisec, Raviv held leading Support and Sales Engineering positions in CA, Netegrity, and Business Layers. He is a Mamram graduate and veteran of Technology Unit 180 in the IAF.
