Adriana Echandi

Adriana Echandi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Morpho Travel Experience and CEO of Morpho Travel Retail, both positions held since May 2001 and September 2017, respectively. Under Adriana's leadership, Morpho Travel Retail has transformed the shopping experience at Costa Rica's Juan Santamaría Airport by focusing on high-quality products and cultural experiences. Additionally, Adriana holds the position of Vice President of Retail at Cafe Britt, overseeing a budget exceeding $100 million and managing operations across 13 countries, along with a previous role as Retail Director for 11 countries. Adriana's educational background includes a Global Executive MBA from INCAE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Internacional de las Américas.
