David Ballance

David Ballance is a Project Designer II at Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) since May 2022. Previously, David served as a Senior CAD Operator at Network Building + Consulting from June 2017 to April 2022. David is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician at Harford Community College, having begun studies in 2014. Education was completed at C. Milton Wright High School from 2009 to 2013.
