Malcolm Rudd has a diverse work experience in the field of surveying. Malcolm started their career in 2000 as a rodman at Edwin Brown and Associates and eventually became a Survey Crew Chief. At Edwin Brown and Associates, their responsibilities included stocking trucks, performing various surveys, and keeping field notes and tracking maps and plats. Malcolm then worked as an instrument operator at Hsa Consulting Group Inc from 2011 to 2013. Malcolm has also worked as a Crew Chief at Landpoint, MA Engineering Consultants Inc., Poole Engineering and Surveying, and Dewberry. At these companies, they performed various surveying tasks such as stake-outs, as-built surveys, and basic surveying methods. Additionally, Malcolm worked as a Survey Party Chief at Ch Engineering and Surveying, where they performed surveys for NCDOT and SCDOT and coordinated with utility locators and RPLS to survey utility lines. Malcolm also worked as a Crew Chief at CBG Surveying Texas, LLC., where they provided residential survey services using TopCon instruments and Carlson Data collectors. Malcolm's most recent position is as a Survey Party Chief at Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA).
Malcolm Rudd attended Wakulla High School from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a diploma in General Studies. Malcolm also completed General Courses during their time at Wakulla High School, graduating with the class of 2000. In January 2021, Malcolm obtained a certification in FAA part 107 from the Federal Aviation Administration.
