Gabriel Gati

Gabriel Gati is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and legal counsel, currently serving as the Head of Risk at Morrison since April 2021. Prior to this role, Gabriel held positions as Head of Risk and Compliance and Legal Counsel at Morrison, specializing in fund, regulatory, and compliance matters. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Enterprise Risk at NZ Super Fund and Executive Director at IFM Investors. In earlier roles, Gabriel was a Senior Solicitor at Chapman Tripp and Russell McVeagh, and a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Applied Finance from FINSIA/Kaplan and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from The University of Auckland.
